Forthcoming events

A happy Easter to all our parishioners! We are celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He is risen indeed, alleluiah!

STOP PRESS!  A late addition to our programme is an informal service on Ascension Day (Thurs May 26th) when the choir and parishioners from the Anna Benefice will join us. Meet in the upper car park at Danebury Rings at 7.00pm and be ready to walk gently up the hill.

The next Sunday service at St Peter’s will be Morning Worship at 9.30am on June 5th but there will be Morning Worship at St Andrew’s Nether Wallop at 9.30am on May 22nd and a Team Communion Service at Monxton at 11.00am on May 29th.

See the Sunday Services page for details of future services in our team and it’s also worth looking at the latest news page

Latest messages from the Clergy

A prayer for peace in Ukraine and in the world:
Lord of lords and Prince of peace, we cry out to You to restrain the forces of evil and to give wisdom beyond human wisdom to peacemakers who seek an equitable and less violent way. We pray for the church in Ukraine that Your people may be strengthened in their faith to trust You each day. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen

Please also pray for us as we continue to look for a new Priest-in-Charge of our six parishes. A prayer service will be held either in a church or in a house at 11am for 45 minutes on Thursdays 19th May (Grateley), 26th May (Over Wallop), 2nd June (Monxton) and 16th June (Amport). All are invited to come to any of these meetings. Click here for full details.

For a message of hope and encouragement from Archbishop Justin or Archbishop Stephen and a choice of hymns, reflections and other things, telephone free of charge 0800 804 8044.
